  • How do I open an Account?
    We have two types of billing accounts: individual or corporate. You must fill out an application and fax it to us for review. Approval may take a day, but we will notify the individual/company of the new account number upon approval. Please download the application and fax it to us at 630-469-7919. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it or call us at 630-469-7771 and ask for the accounting department.
  • What are the payment options?
    We have two methods of payment. 1. The first would be to receive an invoice every two weeks and mail in your payment. When mailing in a payment, please indicate the account number and invoice number on the check. 2. We can keep a credit card number on file and you credit card will automatically be charged for the full invoice amount every two weeks. You will then receive the invoice and a copy of the credit card receipt by mail.

    We process invoices every two weeks.
