  • What is the pickup process at the airports?
    Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim area. After retrieving all your luggage, call our toll-free number 888-709-5466 and give the operator your name or confirmation number and which airport you are at. The Operator will then tell you what door to go out. To help you find your vehicle, you will be given a description of it along with its license plate number. Please understand that OHare regulations require livery vehicles to remain in a holding lot until we have heard from the passenger, so it may take anywhere from 12-15 minutes for the car to reach you. However, if you are taking a shared ride, the vehicle may already be in the terminal picking up other passengers, so pickup would be immediate. For this reason, it is important that you are absolutely ready to leave the airport when you call the toll free number and speak with the Operator.
  • How do I make a reservation?
    Reservations can be made online or you can call us at our nation-wide toll free number 1-888-709-5466 to schedule a pick-up.
  • How early do I need to make a reservation?
    For airport pick-ups we recommend 12 hours prior reservations. However, last minute requests can be accomodated depending upon the availbility. For weddings, Charters, and other special events please reserve you limousine as soon as possible.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Airports trips must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the reservation or the trip will be charged in full. Wedding, Charters, and other special events must be cancelled at least 10 day prior to the reservation to avoid a full charge. However the deposit for these services is non refundable.
  • What are the other fees that you charge for?
    Tolls, airport departure tax $2.00 extra person $0.50.
  • Do you charge for extra stops along the way?
    Yes. Extra stops, even if on route are chargeable. Our office can quote you a rate based on the details of your reservation.
