American Coach Limousine will be there for you to celebrate your proms and graduations. Every year we serve new graduates and are familiar with what is important to you! Our first priority on the special evening is Safety. American Coach Limousine wants your kids to have a good time on their memorable night.

Parents' signature is required on the contract to ensure that the parents of the renter agree with our policies and must be paid for full upon reservation.

Requirements

Deposit Required

• 30% deposit is required if paying by credit card.
• If paying by cash or check a $250.00 deposit must be received within 12 hours of the time of booking.
• The balance of a cash or check paying trip must be paid in full within 24 hours *PRIOR* to the trip occurring.

Cancellations

Cancellation of any kind after booking will result in loss of $250.00 security deposit. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of scheduled trip time you will be charged for the entire trip.
